      Employer is seeking a Project Manager with experience in overseeing and managing training programs.       Responsibilities:
      - Manage, execute, and perform training programs successfully
      - Develop quality control indicators and prepare periodic reports while maintaining records for training tasks
      - Prepare monthly reports, periodic deliverables, and develop job aids visual presentations
      - Ensure training programs are completed within schedule and within budget
      - Ensure customer satisfaction, be the primary point of contact with the customer, and ensure the issuance, collection, and return of all issued keys, identification cards, parking passes, and other customer property

      Requirements:
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing training projects of significant size, scope, and complexity
      - Demonstrate the capability to create and maintain a highly effective project management plan and project management document
      - Excellent financial management and communication skills
      - Leadership and team-building skills
      - Master's Degree in a relevant field
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
      - Instructional Systems Design experience a plus
